Kostas is the Head of the Digital Communication & Public Relations Unit of the Hellenic Competition Commission since 2020. He works with the HCC since 2007 and he has a BSc in Computer Engineering and an MSc in Environmental Policies, Development & Communication.
Kostas is also an artist in aerial cinematography, a Multi-Award winning aerial filmmaker with numerous awards and distinctions in Aerial Cinematography Festivals & Contests around the world (USA, China, Brasil, Germany, The Netherlands, Republic of Korea, Australia, Ukraine, France, Spain, UK). He is a DJI/Skypixel Creator & Recomended Photographer.
Kostas has created all the digital content for the Ascola 2023 Athens Conference (Website, Videos, Graphic design, printing materials, etc.) and the conference's digital communication (mailing lists, submissions and registrations).
